Correct typos on landing page and others #1034

Hi, I saw your site post on Reddit and took a look. The first thing I noticed was a few typos and punctuation errors, which I've corrected here.

I did see the PR list about joining a calendar, Slack, Trello... but that all seemed like it was much more major 'real' issues and this is just a little cosmetic thing.

If you'd like to join in the community build more often have a look through the getting started guide there and say hi in the introductions. I would like to move any non-sensitive parts of this project to being opensource again and advertise for more people to join the build. I'm not entirely sure how to get it out to the OS community though.
