Add 1.16.4 Tag on Curse #17

Hi, I'm using this mod for quest rewards in a pack I'm working on, but after upgrading to 1.16.4 Forge 35.0+ I can't find it in the terrible Twitch pack tools. Looks like you're missing the compatibility tag, but I've been using it in 1.16.4 for a while without issues (MultiMC).

Is this an easy fix?

Okay, sorry for bothering, I figured out how to manually add "non-compatible" mods.
(The manifest produced by exporting a Twitch profile is completely different from the manifest in a pack, and amenable to manual additions)
