Preservation Catalog November 2017 update #613

Files for the November 2017 Preservation Catalog update have been placed in the "Housing Insights PresCat export" Box folder, which is currently accessible to @NealHumphrey @jkwening @ostermanj @mkalish and @txomashernandez.

There are no significant changes in this update of the Catalog in terms of new or deleted projects. We are expecting by the next (Dec) update there will be more significant changes in terms of new projects.

One thing I noticed on the site, the "owner type" on the project page is currently displaying as a numeric code, rather than the description. This is probably because one of the earlier Catalog extracts I provided had the data this way in the Parcel table. The latest extract has the owner type as descriptive text so I'm assuming that's what will show up once the new data are ingested into the site.
