Firmware modification #20

Hi, I really like your Mark2 concept and would love to make it. The only issue is that i need to make some more modifications in the firmware for my diy printer .. the heater pid settings and the extruder steps / rotation should be changed. At git i only see the .hex file. Guess you not want to share the source code.. but could you deliver me a special hex file then as possible solution?

For what it's worth, i'm working on getting the Marlin 2.x code running on the stock Ultimaker 2. Lots of bugs to iron out but things are progressing:

After things are stable on my (mostly stock) Ultimaker 2, it might be useful for the Mark 2 crowd (though, it's the default Marlin UI which isn't as good as @TinkerGnome 's ) :-)
