File overwrite/restore #13

Just a question here, does it save and restore files when a mod overwrites another when you install/uninstall? I've heard a rumor that it does not, and I want to verify if it does or not.

You're asking about mod B that overwrites mod A when installed; later on, B is uninstalled and is A then returned to its 'default' state? I don't think so, but I'm not absolutely positive. Wrye Flash's BAIN installer is supposed to do that, tho...I use BAIN for mesh/texture-only replacers and it seems to have no issues with safely uninstalling those, if that's any help to you.

I was more curious if it has this feature as I want to ditch the use of NMM completely for fallout games. It has other features added like the overwrite dialog now, others are also curious if it has this feature. While I use Wrye, I would prefer to only have one tool for managing mod installation/uninstallation. If this feature is not present, than I will make a suggestion to add it in the proper category.
