Can't select options anymore #2

When I install mods from ojo bueno Fallout NV before it would tell me the names of all the options to choose from. Now it lists 3 and the all have the same name and there is no options.

Could you please give link to nexus downloads? for every file.

And, If you can - make screenshots (how it was and how it become) Plus I'm accepting proposals about how it should be.
