scan error #30

I get some error when I tray and run fomm if it helps it started messing up when I was reinstalling tale of 2 wast lands I allredy had it installed but I messed it up and was traying to reinstall it and now it wont load ive uninstalled fomm deleted my new vagus and every thinbg els ive even deleted the mods I had in nmm just in case they wher cousing probs nothing has helped
