FOMM still shows v13.23 after update/Will not start standalone #4

Extract archive to current install directory and FOMM started up but did not know if the new installation took effect since it showed v13.23 in title bar.

Tried to extract new version to it's own directory and start up fomm.exe, but after pop up to select which game to load, nothing happened. Could not get program to start for either game.

Make clean install please.

Fixed in new release: FOMM v0.14.10.5
