I can't download FMM from Nexus #62

Hi I have tryed to download FMM from Nexus like recomented, but it just says: Warning! Big updates are coming! right after update of Tale of Two Wastelands FoESMM is writting from scratch atm

Does this mean that I can't download it at all?
