FOMM not launching #63

So after a whileof use, FOMM refuses to launch when clicking on the shortcut or the file. I've tried reinstalling, which worked the last time this happened, and it still won't launch after reinstalling several times. I've tried placing it in a different location or folder to no avail, Using administrator access also doesn't work, There is no error message, it loads for a second or two and nothing happens.

I have a possibly not permanent fix cause last time I did this it was good for two days then stopped launching again. I needed to move to the folder where the game and game launcher was instead of the data folder for FNV
