[wip] Glance service #33

Preliminary support for the Glance v2 image API. All of the JSON schema stuff will make this... interesting :thought_balloon:

This is my first attempt at integrating with the new architecture, so please give me a heads-up if you see me using anything incorrectly.

Yeah, not to squelch your enthusiasm @smashwilson, but this code is very in flux at the moment; give us a few weeks to get things more solidified, and you can feel free to run with this module if you care to.
