Deprecate /bypass endpoint #201

Given that the Fogbow Manager exposes an OCCI extension, having a /bypass endpoint does not make much sense. Users intending to consume the regular cloud API will connect to the underlying cloud middleware itself.

This endpoint was depracated and will not be continued in the next releases.
