Update prefixes.nt #2

I am working on validating all the different prefixes out there and have found some of them to be pointing at dead servers. http://s.zemanta.com/ns for example is no more, will be getting back with some status report.

This sounds as valuable effort! Keep-in mind that my list is derived from dbpedia

http://paste.debian.net/979188/ here are a list of prefixes I found so far that I could extract data from starting from the standard w3 ones.
