It made me confused why it is generating new hash for this. It is expecting 5e22ee same commit #40

But anyway file changes are correct

@praveen-garg We need to remove code from CI for explicitly install requirements.sh for foglamp-north-opcua(as it increases the report time on CI). As now we have all STATIC lib built for both south/north OPCUA.
