no notifications on new updates to old posts #58

In some posts where the post is not recreated but merley updated the feednotifier doesn't recognize it as a new post. For this create another key for items using date_parsed or updated_parsed tags in the html

I have been using this fix for past 6months.Now there are no issues the post come as expected
