Feed Notifier is a Windows application that resides in the system tray and displays pop-up notifications on your desktop when new items arrive in your subscribed RSS or Atom feeds
Example is from a feed I would want to be alerted to "this and that", but I also want to be alerted to "these and those". Should I set up two separate filters? Or lump them into one and use OR in between? I'm not sure how I would set that up...

I only ask because I notice there is stuff in the In column but only for the first filter and the remaining filters do not have anything. Thank you.
