[ ] create a small sticky in a corner called 'Meta' that drops down to four categories.

I'll create the actual drop-down and stuff, but I think it'd make more sense if we all wrote our own little blurbs on how we tackled our tasks and the steps we took to overcome what unexpected obstacles, etc. Just some modals.
