Provides the logging config(logging uncaught exception) #188

add a new class for logging the uncaught exception
- the reportException method at present
logging config: use Java -D option to customize the logging format(including output how many)
- cffu.uncaught.exception.report=none | oneline | short(default) | full
logging delegation: detect and use application logging(e.g. slf4j) if present, fallback to system out or JUL
