Display/Edit date format. #295

Option to change date format. For display and input. In my place standard format is Year-Month-Day and Day-Mont-Year sometimes giving a hard time.

Set the LC_TIME. More QLog WIKI

Example:

Date in ISO format (YYYY-MM-DD):

LC_TIME=en_SE.UTF-8 ./qlog
