Usb-digi mode (U-D, USB-D) instead of USB #480

Double-clicking FT8 mode should switch to USB-Digi mode (U-D, USB-D) instead of USB

and also hamlib driver couldn't select SSB Digi mode

imo, PKTLSB and PKTUSB might be LSB-D and USB-D
