Contest mode log will ignore the first QSO #529

When I enter a Contest ID and start the first QSO, QLog will generate a user filter, but the first QSO will not show in the selected user filter QSO list. Then enter second QSO, it will treats as the first QSO. And If I try to use this auto generate user filter to export QSO log, the very first QSO will be ignore too, although it's already in the logbook and have the right Contest ID.

It seems that there is an issue with the filter time. The workaround is to move the filter time to the QSO Time On. Even though the filter is supposed to be created with the Time on, it is created with time Off.
