Wii titles duplicates

At least those titles are shown twice in the games list:

Dood's Big Adventure [SDLP78]
Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword [SOUE01]
Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess [RZDP01]
NewU Fitness First Mind Body: Yoga & Pilates [SLTPLG]
Pictionary [STAU78]

CFG version is r57

Do the duplicates show up right at the start or do you do something first?

You can get a list of all the games with the same first 3 letters of the game 
id by going into console mode,, bring up the menues, selesct sort, select 
duplicate id3

Their are three common reasons for duplicates showing on this list

1. same game in different regions is in the list.

2. Custom versions of a game reused the first 3 characters of a game id.

3. same game is on the drive in different directories.

If you eliminate the first 2 connect the drive to a computer and look for the 
third

Hello, Howard. I hit all your reasons — one game had a copy in the hdd root, 
in next two have different regions and finally two of them duplicated with 
hack-translation. Thanks a lot, I've fixed my problem.
