What steps will reproduce the problem?

A-With USB Loader GX
1-Install Mario Golf 64, SMB3 & International Karate with Wad Manager 1.8 to 
RealNAND
2-Dump RealNAND to SD with ULGX <device>:\NAND
3-Try to play MG64, SMB3 & International Karate, both works excelent
4-Install SMB1, SMB2 and Family Table Tennis with ULGX to EmuNAND
5-Try to play new installed games

6-Black Screen and return to HomebrewChannel

B-With Mighty Channel
1-Select RealNAND, all Works
2-Try with EmuNAND (SD/USB)

3-Error -101

I have the same problem with all USB (ULGX and Dumped NAND),  I tried to 
install with ShowmiiWads, Also I downladed a new

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
System Menu 4.3U with d2x v7 with base 37 on 249 and base 56 on 250. Also all 
Hermes 5.1 cIOS and IOS 36 patched

The same problem with V8 Final U_U

Do not use the install to emunand feature of usb loader gx. This is not a d2x 
issue, as far as i can tell. This is an issue with the installer of usb loader 
gx.

What worked for me after a lot of experimenting was this:

1. Dump your nand te emunand with usb loader gx.

2. Install your wads to emunand with showmiiwads. This way, almost all games 
work.

3. Half of the N64 games do not work, like majoras mask, smash bros, paper 
mario, cruisn usa, mario golf, pokemon puzzle league, bomberman hero. Some 
wiiware games i believe also dont work, like bittrip series. Install these to 
real nand with MMM or Wad manager.

Do you have d2x installed with version == 65535? If so, there's a bug in USB 
Loader GX that prevents it from setting the NAND path correctly. I reported 
this bug at https://code.google.com/p/usbloader-gui/issues/detail?id=2225 .

Installing as version 210xx fixed the problem for me for channel emulation 
(tested with Sonic 4 Episode 1) and save emulation (Newer Super Mario Bros. 
Wii).
