uloz.to progress >100% #159

percentage progress can be more than 100% at uloz.to

It was in GUI or text version?
The downloaded file was OK or it was wrong (some extra bytes or something like 
this)? The elapsed size was correct?

I use only GUI version and i never noticed such behavior...

Do you have scenario to reproduce it?

Same for me in cli version (SVN 441).
Progress goes to 200%, saved file is exactly 2-times bigger than original and 
is just downloaded 2x in one file...
Simple test can be done on this (its 1-row text file):
http://www.uloz.to/6758177/1row-text-test

btw - filename is not detected and files from uloz.to are saved with default 
"SLIMRAT_DOWNLOADED_FILE"

I hope, that I have solved this problem.
The file has been downloaded 2 times.
I also fixed the problem with wring file name.

Pozor v predchozim souboru, ktery jsem posilal emailem, nebyla jeste opravena 
chyba zde popisovana, t.j. dvojnasobne stazeni souboru a z toho plynouci 
progress > 100%
