Rapidshare sometimes respond with ERROR: download failed while getting data (Please stop flooding our download servers.) #169

Happens quite random, though it happens pretty often to me lately and it goes 
away on next try after a few seconds/minutes (i guess it requires some little 
time to wait b/c when the requests are immediate after another the error goes 
on and on again). Note I don't know what is going on, only connections made are 
the ones by slimrat.

When this is encountered, the plugin just goes ahead and tries another link, 
which is undesirable b/c it just generates more immediate requests making them 
ultimately fail and all it needs is a little wait.

I have SVN build 433

The attached patch fixed it for me.
