It would be very useful to be able to skip programming empty flash pages 
(containing all 0xFF) that have been erased. This is useful when a "copy" of a 
chip is taken for production programming, allowing bootloaders and 
application(s) to all be programmed in one prodedure. The ST Windows 
programming tool (ST Flash Loader) supports this feature.
