fix the necks #14

some of the necks are offset too far.
for example:

assigning to @joonyeonp as part of #11 . Looks like the images just need to be cropped so there's less empty space between head and edge of image file. Make sure all "necks" start in lower left quadrant of image.

actually those instrucitons are wrong. This issue is about figuing out what's wrong with some necks, #11 is about eventually fixing them. re-assigning to @okwme for now.
