Hi there, in an attempt to get harfbuzz/harfbuzz#704 right I saw this work and wanted to learn from it more. It seems there was some update on https://developer.apple.com/fonts/TrueType-Reference-Manual/RM06/Chap6kerx.html in addition to this minor update I've done in this PR which I want to see if is a correct change, I wanted to see what should be updated also.
