Update restructure to v2 #225

PR updated restructure to version 2.

Before merge is required:

update babel - PR https://github.com/foliojs/fontkit/pull/196

Before release fonkit version for avoid CSP:

release a new restructure version with new Function fix (https://github.com/foliojs/restructure/pull/37)

I agree, but permissions for this repo have only @devongovett, and he is inactive.

Not sure of the overall situation but has anyone contacted Devon via Twitter or otherwise? I understand he is inactive just curious what that means for the overall future of the library.
