pdfkit 1.6.0 dependency brokes charset #95

Special characters from czech alphabet (š,ě,č,ř,ž) broke character coding.

Forced to downgrade to ver 1.5.4

Is this for every font with Latin-Extended-A that you've tried, or only some? (which ones?)

I tried it in pdfmake (which is based on pdfkit which uses fontkit) builded with fontkit new 1.6.0. Is used default Roboto font and czech letters works ok, see: pdf-screen

@zdebra please provide which font you're having a problem with.
