E.g. NATO pacific support teams should probably be given the green backpacks, FIA AAF, etc.

Further detail: For some reason we currently use NATO heavy weapon backpacks as the default for all factions that do not have their own. This seems odd, because the NATO mcam does not match any faction's clothing (not even default NATO's).

By contrast, the green AAF olive backpacks, or even CSAT coyote backpacks match pretty much any clothing the unit could be wearing.

This issue is still present for 3IFB, Syndikat and FIA. Later-added factions did have appropriate backpacks set.
