Updates to get support on modern GJS #55

This PR fixes polydock so it works with GJS 1.72. Doing this required some changes to the pnpm installation so I could build from source with changes to pnpm, as well as changing tsconfig to target a more modern js version. Finally I also needed to make some slight app changes to match modern GJS subclassing

Sorry for the late merge!

I no longer use polydock myself, since I moved to wayland.
