[Doc] Adding `LuaSnip` snippets for `todo-comments.nvim` #100

I have created some snippets for LuaSnip for todo-comments.nvim. Here is a taste: asciicast

@ahhshm suggested (here L3MOD4D3/LuaSnip#335), that it would be nice to include something similar in the todo-comments.nvim documentation as he anticipates more people to make use of this. I think this is something that should be included in a wiki page rather than directly in the docs... Can you enable wiki in this repository, so that I can add them, after I add some comments for the implementation?
