FHI Angular Highcharts: Add support for new diagram type "Dobbel akse, linje og søyle" #530

The new diagram type should handle the use case shown in example from Excel below, but with FHI design.

Acceptance Criteria

Given:

  1. How to link MEASURE_TYPE-data with data in series is landed
  2. Issue #529 and #533 Closed

Then:

  1. Go to https://dev-designsystem.fhi.no/developer/components/highcharts#highcharts-all-inclusive
  2. Select "Datasett som kan vises med to y-akser" in the "Velg datasett"-dropdown
  3. Check that diagram is same as Excel diagram below, but with FHI design
  4. Go to HighchartsComponent.getDiagramOptions_Agens(), remove one unit
  5. Check that only table is available now
