  1. Remove unused property group in interface DiagramType
  2. Remove redundant property from interface AllDiagramOptions
  3. Simplify allDiagramOptions.diagramTypeNavId test in fhi-diagram-type-nav

Acceptance Criteria No visible changes, and no changes to functionality
