Enhancement/Add support for more diagram metadata

ISSUE #533 :

• Add new interface FhiDiagramUnit
• Add support for one unit at the time on yAxis
• Add support for unit i tooltip
• Decimal related:
  • Make updateDecimals() private
  • Add better support for decimals, both in table and in tooltip
• Update README

BUGFIX:

• Fix bug: "footer doesn't always show when map", and improve overall state handling
• Fix a bug in removeEmptyGroups(), and make sure table child is equal to table diagramtype
• Reset service scope since it introduced a bug in the TopoJsonService

DEMO-APP

• Improve test data logic and add more test data
