FHI Angular Highcharts: don't disable menu items #569

Description

The current menu solution where menu items are disabled if diagramtype is impossible to show is not user friendly. New solution: no items disabled, only warning msg when diagramtype is impossible to show.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. Go to https://dev-designsystem.fhi.no/developer/components/highcharts#highcharts-with-menu
  2. Check that no items are disabled
  3. Click on a disabled item
  4. Check that the warning msg is displayed
