FHI Angular Highcharts: Enable chart types with multiple series if flagged data are in same data point for all series #624

Description

The user should be able to see charts with flagged data in data sets with multiple series, given all flagged data has identical data point names.

Acceptance Criteria

Given:

  1. That the consequences for this expansion of possible charts are properly tested
  2. That FHI Statistikk has given :thumbsup: for the change

Then:

  1. Go to https://dev-designsystem.fhi.no/developer/components/highcharts#highcharts-all-inclusive
  2. Select "?" in the "Velg datasett"-dropdown
  3. Navigate to chart type ?
  4. Check that the chart looks ok
