Add three types of basic Manhattan plot

Circular for a square Manhattan plot (single column paper) with circus plot in R
Regular Manhattan plot using ggplot2 with colour/BW options
Zoom Manhattan plot for fine mapping a region with annotation

Annotation tracks should include gene name, but should be optional, and requires only chromosome and position for a basic Manhattan plot.

Bug in code for Chromosome 1. Need to fix. Add support for factors and character coding of chromosomes.
