Version Bump #14

This is needed, so that 2.80 can import the extension

Referencing https://github.com/folkertdev/freestyle-svg-exporter/issues/13 here. It works so far, but crashes on line 523, when the the selected path is not writeable. Apart from that it seems stable to me! 👍

thanks! you can also open the file as a text block and then execute it.
