7.1.0 reports "multitail VERSION=7.0.0" #20

Built 7.1.0 in Cygwin. It says it's version 7.0.0. Sorry :)

$ multitail -V

 --*- multitail VERSION=7.0.0 (C) 2003-2022 by folkert@vanheusden.com -*--

There's now a 7.1.1 which fixes that problem.
