Copy search bar from previous theme #118

@djwesto would be useful to know what you want to do with this?

Is there any way we could add a second menu above the main menu strip which could include the simple links like "Contact" and "Help"? On the far right side, I'd then include the search field.

If we can't put it there then I really need to know which regions are available to include any other elements like that.
