Improve dataset filtering #13

Logged in as admin.

Wanted to start a new vis. It gave me a list of all the datasets but no way of filtering them. I had thought that we would be having all the usual filters down the left hand side along with the usual selection by name, author etc above - otherwise it will be impossible to get the one you want.

I figure when we have enough data for this to be a problem, we can add it?

@GilesGibson what other filter methods do you think are most important?

I suppose by the usual tags, categories etc for the datasets. Should be in the metadata stored on CKAN or elsewhere?
