Move to pantheon.io #629

Pantheon recommend using pantheon.io for "better uptime" - see https://pantheon.io/docs/articles/sites/domains/using-pantheon-io-for-better-uptime/. We're currently hosting HH on gotpantheon.com. I would also like to get http://hernehill.org.uk to redirect to http://www.hernehill.org.uk (it currently goes nowhere). It seems easier to do the latter once the former is done. However, moving would incur the disruption of a DNS change (1-2 days possibly of no site access).

@GilesGibson your thoughts? Is there any reasonable time to try this?

Am also concerned the bare domain issue is a cause of problems with Google indexing...

Is there any way to do this over a quiet period? Or could we put something temporary in place so that users don't see a completely blank holding page?

@GilesGibson maybe we should try to fix the DNS entry as it is currently. Do you want to do that? Or can I get access?

let us know what needs editing and I can do it. may as well get the issues dealt with now, I will hold on sending out any mass emails to encourage people to edit their content.
