Line spacing needs increasing and to match similar sidebar style on right.

Suggest user font is too bold for overall block. Seems to dominate.

Body text has no padding compared to other text elements, so is up against left edge.

User font is different to other text.
Title is more indented than list text.
Not sure about use of horizontal lines to denote user.
