Added a section to enable people to cut and paste links for the for the favicon generated files.

Hey Ben!

Thanks for your pull requests and sorry for not reacting to it earlier. I wanted to make sure it's really necessary to define the link tags. It turns out, it depends. I used your input, extended and reordered it. Also there is HAML version.
