Native UI rendered incorrectly after save #548

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add some widget from Native UI
2. Save file
3. Load file
4. all widgets rendered incorrectly, have to resize the widgets to fix, repeat 
to 2

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
all native ui widgets rendered as before saving

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.0.3
Ubuntu 12.04 updated

edit this file /usr/bin/pencil to

xulrunner --app "/usr/share/pencil/application.ini"

Same problem occurs in Mac OS X, however above fix isn't appropriate.

I've tried updating the version of xulrunner inside the application to the 
latest (25.0), and modifying the start.sh script to use the new version of 
xulrunner... but no luck.

It might be related to an error that gets thrown on the command line when 
running it manually:
2013-12-06 12:01:18.294 xulrunner[50748:7a07] invalid context
