cleverbot.py supports python 2 and 3 / please don't strip the license from my code #20

Hi there - I can't seem to leave a comment or open an issue, so feel free to discard the actual PR part of this.

1 - wanted to let you know that my original cleverbot.py package has supported python 2 and 3 since early February.

2 - please don't strip the license from my library. as per the BSD 2-clause license (which cleverbot.py is released under, and your library is derived from),

Redistributions of source code must retain the above copyright notice, this list of conditions and the following disclaimer.

if you want to maintain this separate fork of existing functionality, I would appreciate you including the original license into your code.

I will fix this as soon as possible. When I needed this library available for python 3, yours did not offer such support, so I made this port. I will maintain it as it is used by ~200 people.
