Enable easy production of charts.

An user should be able to clink a button and obtain a chart of data in grid.

A simple implementation of this issue is done.

User clicks on a drop-down menu, chooses a chart type (pie or bar) and obtains 
a chart 
of the first two visible columns (the first is used for labels, the other for 
values).

Some UI user-friendly changes has to be done. For example:

- Highlight columns selected for charts 
- Let user choose charting columns
- ecc...

Please refer to related issues. Close this issue upon completing all related.
