Export grid in different formats.

Coupled with: 
- http://code.google.com/p/jardin/issues/detail?id=1

User chooses a format from a drop bown menu and gets a grid export in a file 
of choosen format.

CVS export is ready.

A fixed width column export is needed

Export formats could be defined with xsl files and processed with Apache FOP.

Exporter can scan template dir for grid xsl templates and makes them available 
in a 
drop-down menu.

PDF export via FOP is ready.

Need to provide default XSL-FO template on-the-fly creation.

*Remember: fop-0.95-bin (Apache binaries) libraries produce stack overflow 
error, use 
fop-0.94-bin.*

A working code on this issue has been commited. A default XSL-FO template is 
created on-the-fly.

Refer Issue 21 for XSL creation.
